At Happiness Gift Shop, we carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure that you receive your product in good condition. Since many of our products are customized or personalized, our return policy is designed to be fair for both customers and our business.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements may be accepted only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received a defective product
You received a wrong product
The product is different from the confirmed order details
The customization was incorrectly done by us
To request a return, replacement, or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund:
Personalized or customized products
Products printed with customer-provided name, photo, logo, message, or design
Products made on special order
Products damaged due to customer handling
Products used, washed, opened, broken, or altered after delivery
Products returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, or invoice
Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products, if any
Clearance sale or final sale products, if mentioned at the time of purchase
Customized products can be replaced or refunded only if there is damage, defect, wrong item delivery, or an error from our side.
3. Customer Mistakes in Custom Orders
Please carefully check all customization details before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for errors such as:
Wrong spelling provided by customer
Wrong name, date, message, or photo uploaded
Low-quality image provided by customer
Incorrect product selection
Wrong delivery address or phone number
Design approval given with incorrect details
In such cases, return or refund will not be applicable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Description of the issue
Unboxing video, if available
After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue.
5. Return Approval Process
All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification by our team.
We reserve the right to reject any request if:
The issue is reported after the allowed time period
The product has been used or damaged by the customer
The product is personalized and has no defect or error from our side
The product photos or details do not match the claim
The product was purchased under non-returnable conditions
6. Replacement Policy
If your replacement request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product or similar product, depending on stock availability.
For personalized products, replacement will be made with the same customization details as the original approved order.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only after approval from our team.
Once approved, refunds may be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The refund timeline may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment gateway.
Refunds may be issued through the original payment method, store credit, UPI, bank transfer, or another method agreed by us.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, damaged product, defective product, or wrong item delivery.
If a return pickup is required, reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refund unless the issue is caused by us.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before processing or production starts.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once design work, printing, production, or packing has started.
If the order is eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed after deducting any applicable payment gateway, design, printing, or processing charges, if applicable.
